“I had a positive experience with this florist during a difficult time. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they even sent me a photo of the plant before delivery, which was a nice touch. While the plant wasn’t exactly what I envisioned, I appreciate their effort and professionalism. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend them.”
